芡实煲

原料:芡实、芋头、玉米、胡萝卜、中芹


调料:椰浆、盐、磨菇精、生粉水




做法:


食材洗净。芋头、胡萝卜去皮切粒,中芹切粒


起锅热油,待油温六成热时,放入芋头炸熟沥出


锅洗净加入水烧开,倒入芡实、玉米煮3分钟,加入胡萝卜、芋头,调入适量椰浆、盐、磨菇精,略煮一会,放入中芹,勾薄芡出锅装入砂锅即可


Ingredients: Gordon Euryale seed, taro, corn, carrot and celery


Seasoning: coconut milk, salt, mushroom essence, raw powder water




Practice:


Wash the ingredients. Taro and carrot are peeled and diced, and celery is diced
