在新时代飞速发展的背景下，越来越多的旧行业面临着巨大的挑战，许多曾经稳定的职业即将消失，有的甚至已经消失。人们的就业压力不断增大，失业的人也越来越多。我认为，身为一个即将要面临严峻问题的高三学生，应该要紧跟时代发展的步伐，迎接机遇和挑战。

现在已经是信息技术发展的网络时代，微信、支付宝、滴滴打车已经悄悄地走进了我们的生活，电信业、银行业、出租车行业以后很可能要被取代。现在还出现了无人驾驶汽车，恐怕连司机的职业也难保。在这种情况下，老行业都接二连三地消失。但是，一部电视纪录片“章丘铁锅”意外走红，铁锅锻造这一老行业迅速得到人们的追捧，传统工艺重新焕发生机。老行业也可以发展!由此看来我们高中生应该不用为自己的职业生涯有太多的忧虑。

但是，长江后浪推前浪，旧的终究要被新的所取代。现在时代发展得这么迅速，新的人工智能产品不断推出。有可能我们以后的生活将少不了机器人:做家务有扫地机器人、洗碗有洗完柜、做饭有机器人做，甚至还会端菜，哪里还需要铁锅呢!就算有铁锅生产，那也是机器生产出来的，哪还用人工锻造!

由此可见，当下社会就业压力大，清洁工、搬运工等职业已被机器所取代，我们应该为我们的未来着想，进行职业生涯的规划。

虽然这个时代有不少的挑战，但是也有了不少的机遇。新时代有新时代的需求，现在是大数据、人工智能的时代，缺的正是这方面的人才。因此，这个时代将会催生许多新兴行业，出现大量诸如数据分析师、色彩搭配师、公共营养师等新职业，而这些新职业也需要人们有优秀的能力。聪慧的头脑、很强的操作运作能力。所以这对于我们来说既是一个机遇，也是一个挑战。

有人说，好好学习考个好一点的大学以后不就能找份好一点的工作吗?但是考上好大学以后未必能找到工作，学习成绩好并不代表实践能力好，高分低能的人将来踏上社会也养不活自己，不是有从清华北大毕业出来的学生卖猪肉，流浪街头吗?显然，我们更应该着重对未来的规划。
