发表时间:2021-01-17 11:45 读了《巨人的脚步》后很多想法都发生了很大的改变。 一、有梦想就有未来 翻开《巨人的脚步》的第一页,安东尼告诉我“人人都有梦想”,“我们都愿意相信自己的灵魂深处有着特殊的天赋,相信我们能够成功,能够以特别的方式温暖他人,能够让世界变得更美好。”他在书中问道,“能说出你的一个梦想吗?或许你已经将它淡忘或者放弃了。如果今天这个梦想实现了,你的生活又会是怎样的一番气象呢?”最后安东尼说,“此刻,去梦你想梦的!想想自己真正想要的是怎样的生活!”那一刻我陷入了沉思,我的梦想是什么?一个念头清晰起来:做学生喜欢的好老师!一直以来,我都为能成为老师幸福、激动。那么多孩子坐在你的课堂,多么神圣庄严,而责任重于泰山。多年来,自己一直那么努力的工作,但仿佛并没有真正理解学生的内心世界。我有着深深的困惑:学习本身是快乐的,知识本身是有无穷魅力的,可是为什么有那么多学生活在痛苦中?特别是当今社会压力重重,如何使学生的心灵强大起来,如何使他们快乐幸福的学习和生活?学校教育的最重要的功能是培养人,不是教学生只会学习,只会承受,更重要的是培养未来快乐的有创造力的公民。我想只有让学生快乐起来。在社会对教师提出更高要求的今天,我自己又何尝不是压力重重?我的心灵,快乐吗? 我如饥似渴的读着、抄着关于信仰、勇气、成功、失败、努力、坚持,什么叫做改变,怎样为自己作出决策,怎样把梦想具体化,激活大脑,自我挑战,制定目标,实现它!安东尼告诉我,什么是“积极的心理暗示”、“不要把你的幸福和快乐延期”“不行动比行动更痛苦”、“痛苦即是朋友”、“昨天的失败能通向今天的幸福”、去积极的思维,不拖延,不找借口,寻找正确的关注点……我开始重新审视自己。 人生是一张单程车票,所有经历了的事情永远不会回来,每一个今天也都是独一无二的。有多少时间被浪费在对过去的追忆中。其实总结了经验,提升了自己,就是对过去岁月的最好的报偿。人都善于为自己的行为找各种借口,所以造成很多重要事情的拖延,行动缺少目标,行动力不足,因而招致痛苦,其实“痛苦和快乐都取决与观念”。 二、问题即答案 真正困扰人的很可能不是重大的事件,往往都是象鞋中的小沙砾一样长时间的坚持和积累。教学工作是琐碎的,长期的。安东尼告诉我“我们的大脑具有非凡的能力”、“新的答案源于新的问题”、“我现在能够做什么,甚至比以前做得更好?”为了让整个事情朝着我希望的方向发展,我能做些什么,我该怎样做? 其实问题很简单:我把学生的问题归纳一下,针对每个人的问题具体及时解决,同时学生们学会了自我教育。一个人只有自己认识到的事情才是有效的。 三、思考、去做、不拖拉,行动力超强 我这样告诉我自己,不抱怨,做应该做的。我想把学生培养成行动力超强的人,心理健康的人,幸福快乐的人,我首先就得成为这样的人,做让学生佩服的人。现在我及时思考不象以前听之任之。我发现我的热情只是一方面的因素,我忽略了学生的力量。一个班级那么多生龙活虎的,性格各异的鲜活的生命,我忽略了学生的心理因素,我没有调动起他们的积极性和热情。我没有激起他们在学习上的快乐幸福的感觉。怎么办?我就想办法激起学生在课堂上的一次次好奇心,想办法让学生感觉到有意思,让他们欲罢不能,想不听也被吸引来。他们快乐了,心情好了,常常是当堂的知识当堂解决。课堂效率高了,会了,学生自己就很积极的思考,一句话:“我愿意!” 四、快乐是一种境界 许多老师,身在教师行列,其实就是一种无奈和煎熬。他们患得患失,以为入错行了,所以痛苦。也不愿意为“孩子王”的职业付出更多,生活在痛苦中。然而怀有这种心态的人,倘入别的行当,就能获得真正的快乐了吗?真正的快乐是什么?是爱和奉献。而这种爱也包括自爱和爱他人。只有把自己爱得象太阳才能照耀别人。一个人只有懂得怎么爱自己才有去爱别人的资本,不然就是空谈,因为那是一种没有源泉的爱。奉献就是为别人做力所能及的事情,不袖手旁观和“见死不救”。帮助别人,快乐自己。人的每一个行为都能产生相应的后果,而“只有那些懂得真诚无私奉献的人才能体会到生命中最深刻的快乐——那才是真正的成就。”我们的偶尔或很多助人的经历“会带给我们很多快乐的时光,让我们在那些美好瞬间瞥见真正的自我。”我的学生们他们懂得爱和奉献的真谛吗?时光抓住的是金子,抓不住的是流水。师生一起相处的日子会很快流过,所以我们懂得了珍惜,共同爱和奉献,一起快乐成长。是的,这种成长包括我和我的学生。(www.lz13.cn) 五、 “巨人”的花园 心灵的强大才是真正的强大,不怕困难的勇气来自于内心的一种宁静。大化学思想告诉我万物相生相克,只有相生相克达到一种平衡或守恒关系才能稳定存在。心态趋于平和,心灵趋于宁静,才会有底蕴战胜貌似强大的困难。教师的任务是培养心理健康的有志青年。成为真正的“巨人”就要挖掘每个人自己潜藏于内心的强大力量。 “幼儿是祖国的花蕾!”犹在耳畔回响。每一名教师责无旁贷! 英语翻译: After reading The Footsteps of Giant, many ideas have changed a lot.
