西式小厨师

要知道牛排是西方人的美食，对我来说，这次煎牛排是“完美成功”。

记得那次，我妈妈已经吃了饭，我却在那饿肚子，没办法呀，只好化身“cook”来为自己做饭。我拿出牛排，又拿来黄油，准备工作，我往牛排上撒了一把盐和一把黑胡椒粉，不知老天对我有什么意见，让我不小心把黑胡椒粉撒在了地上了，我气得差点儿就放弃了。打扫完我就点着火，用条纹平底锅来煎，我二话不说，直接放一大块黄油，虽然我被油溅到了，但我不怕疼，我又小心翼翼地放下牛排，“嗞——”一声，当然，牛排是要煎出香味的，我又放了片美式欧芹叶放进去，只有它能提升牛排的香味。

很快十三分钟到了，牛排煎出了了条纹，肉也变嫩、变香了，从以前的血红色变为浅棕色，一看就让人食欲大开，我用夹子把它夹出来，找到刀和叉，把骨头切掉就能吃了！我用刀叉切下一块肉，放进嘴里，嗯！黑胡椒加盐的咸味直冲口腔，外加上欧芹叶的清香，简直是极品！配上凉爽的可乐，这顿晚饭就解决啦！

我尝到了西式的美味，看来我以后也要好好学习做饭，让家长少操心！
