传统节日除夕夜

除夕是我国的传统节日，它象征着团圆、和谐。这一天可以说是一年中最重要的日子。

关于除夕，民间还流传着一个传说:传说古时候有一个凶恶的怪兽叫夕，每到岁末便出来害人。后来人民知道夕最怕红色和声响，于是年三十的晚上，家家户户贴春联、燃放爆竹，来驱除夕兽，以求一年安宁，这种习惯慢慢流传下来，从此年三十晚便称为除夕了。

除夕的早上天还没亮，大人们都纷纷起床，穿上新衣，开始放鞭炮，听大人说这是“接年”。到了九点多钟，大人们开始炖肉、炒菜，连说话的工夫都顾不上，爸爸在底下生火，妈妈在上面做菜，姥姥在旁边洗菜、切菜，我和姐姐也在一旁帮大人们做事。

到了中午，鞭炮声又想起来了，大人们都在烧纸，祈求来年家人平平安安。不一会儿香喷喷的一桌子菜做好了，我们一家围在一起，相互倾吐着过年的喜悦。

吃完饭后，开始贴对联了，爸爸先把门框给刷干净，再涂上浓浓的浆糊。最后，把长长的对联贴上去，远远望去，那是一种红红火火、万象更新的美。

下午，大人们开始和面包饺子。除夕吃饺子这是必不可少的。妈妈先把肉剁碎，然后再放入青菜、葱、姜等调料，剁上几分钟后，又放油、盐等。馅料准备好后，就开始包饺子了。手拿一张饺皮，用筷子挑上一点馅，对折合上，再那么弯，两头再一捻，一个元宝似的饺子出来了，闻着肉馅的香味，看着都让人流口水。

晚上，一家人坐在电视机旁，看《春节联欢晚会》。这一夜谁也睡不着，都想要亲身感受迎接新年到来的那一刻，那一刻又要放一次炮，这是“送年”，也是迎接新的一年的到来。

夜深了，家家户户都会灯火通宵，不许间断，旧的一年便在人们的欢笑声中，悄悄地离去了。

In the evening, the family sat by the TV and watched the "Spring Festival Gala." No one can sleep this night, and they want to personally feel the moment when the new year is coming. At that moment, they have to fire a cannon. This is "send the new year" and also welcome the arrival of the new year.

In the middle of the night, every household will be lit up all night without interruption, and the old year will quietly leave amidst the laughter of people.
