年味儿

每逢听见电视里传来放烟花的声音，就让我想起小时候在老家过年的美好时光。

我的老家在崇州，一个离成都40公里的小城。在我9岁前，每年春节前夕，外婆总会早早地带我回老家，为过年做准备。

崇州过年的第一件事就是做冻糕。冻糕作为“怀远三绝”之一(怀远是崇州的一个小镇)，是老家的地道美食。把大米加糯米一起泡水，磨成米浆，加入白糖、肉末，放进一个大缸里发酵，3-4天后，把发酵好的米糊舀到洗干净的干玉米叶里，放在锅上蒸熟，香喷喷的冻糕就做成了。

在老家过年，我最开心的就是逛庙会。崇州的庙会并不在寺庙里举行，而是在集市、广场，甚至一块小空地上都可以。庙会上有戴着大头和尚面具的人在表演，人们手里拿着刚买的零食，边看边吃。而我的兴趣不在看表演，我更热切地想去买糖画。卖糖画的老爷爷一边灵巧地“画”糖画，一边笑咪咪地说:“小心哟，糖吃多了会有坏人来找你哟。”因为那位老爷爷只在庙会上出现，平时不卖糖画，所以每次我总是买很多，手都拿不下了。我还喜欢在庙会上猜灯谜，那些灯谜挂在树上，看到有我会的，外婆就抱着我去取下来，每次我也能得到好几个奖品呢。

逛完庙会，就该买烟花爆竹了。烟花的种类繁多，有礼花蛋、金喷泉、球头火箭、飞碟等，各式各样，让人眼花缭乱。每年我都提着大袋子去买，有时候，袋子都装不下了，我也要硬塞进衣兜里。回到家，我就迫不及待地想放，家里人总是看着我无奈地笑笑。好不容易熬到天黑，我急忙拆开烟花，可拿起打火机，我又害怕了，火还没碰着烟花的引线，我转身就跑。过了好一会儿，烟花还没燃起，我也不敢凑近去看，拿一根长竹竿去碰，观察许久，才发现没点着火。

近两年，因为一些原因，我们没再回老家过年了。我也发现，随着人们生活越来越好，年味儿也越来越淡，有人情愿出去旅游，或待在家里玩手机，也不愿走亲访友了。年味儿，儿时记忆中不可抹去的年味儿，中国特有的年味儿，让我们也世世代代传承下去吧!

During the New Year in my hometown, I was happiest visiting the temple fair. Temple fairs in Chongzhou are not held in temples, but in markets, squares, or even a small open space. At the temple fair, people wearing big-headed monk masks are performing. People are holding freshly bought snacks and eating while watching. And my interest is not watching performances, I want to buy sugar paintings more eagerly. The old man selling sugar paintings dexterously "painted" sugar paintings, and smiled at Mimi and said, "Be careful, if you eat too much sugar, bad people will come to you." Because that old grandpa only appeared at temple fairs. I don’t usually sell sugar paintings, so every time I buy a lot, I can’t hold them anymore. I also like to guess lantern riddles at temple fairs. Those lantern riddles are hanging on the tree. When I see one, my grandma will hold me to take it down. Every time I get several prizes.

After visiting the temple fair, it's time to buy fireworks. There are many types of fireworks, including firework eggs, golden fountains, ball-headed rockets, flying saucers, etc., all of which are dazzling. Every year I carry a big bag to buy. Sometimes, the bag can't fit, and I have to stuff it into my pocket. When I got home, I couldn't wait to let it go. My family always looked at me and smiled helplessly. After finally getting dark, I hurriedly opened the fireworks, but picked up the lighter, I was scared again, before the fire touched the fuse of the fireworks, I turned and ran. After a while, the fireworks hadn't been lit, so I didn't dare to look closer. I took a long bamboo pole to touch it and observed for a long time, only to find that there was no fire.

In the past two years, due to some reasons, we have never returned to our hometown for the New Year. I have also found that as people's lives get better and better, and the taste of the year is getting less and less, some people prefer to travel or stay at home and play on their mobile phones instead of visiting relatives and friends. The flavor of the year, the flavor that cannot be erased from childhood memories, and the unique flavor of the year in China, let us pass it on from generation to generation!
