There are six key points of health preservation in Chinese medicine: Shun, calm, repair, adjust, tonic, and solid.

It is not easy to do these points, let's take a look.

"Shun": Health follow the season

There are four o'clock changes in a year, and there are twenty-four solar terms. Human body changes are also closely related to the cycle of four seasons, which affect the movement of human blood and body changes. Therefore, diet, daily necessities, housing and transportation must be suitable for the season.

"The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" writes: "The wise man's health preservation must follow the four seasons to adapt to the cold and heat, and to live in peace with joy and anger, and to regulate the yin and yang and adjust the strength and softness."

You have to nourish yang in spring and summer and yin in autumn and winter.

In other words, in spring and summer, don't be greedy for cold, so as not to hurt the yang in the body; nor should it be too greasy. At this time, the qi and blood are all outside, and there is no energy in the body to consume these foods. In the autumn and winter, you need to keep warm and help the blood and blood recycle.

"Jing": Let the heart calm down

As a social creature, people like to live a lively life. They are arranged every day, so that the air is suddenly quiet~

In fact, this noisy life is extremely detrimental to health.

"Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" says: "Tranquil and emptiness, true qi follows it, spirit is inward, and illness is safe."

Health maintenance requires both physical and mental meditation, allowing people to calm down, control the mood, reduce a lot of unnecessary consumption, especially the consumption of "qi", and achieve "energy saving" in the body. Cultivate good habits, gradually adjust your temper and habits, and stabilize your temper. Only in this way can diseases be prevented, longevity and longevity.

Everyone may wish to slow down the pace of life, take Tai Chi, meditate, and close your eyes to rejuvenate your body and mind slowly.

"Xiu": Self-cultivation and good deeds have less trouble

In life, we can always see that some people are happy all day, while others are holding a face all day.

This is actually related to the state of mind. People who are generally open-minded and virtuous can often reduce a lot of unnecessary worries and maintain a happy mood at all times.

In a bad mood, exercise more and forget about worries. Exercising in the cool morning breeze not only exercises the body, reduces stress, but also trains cold tolerance and prepares for the cold winter.

Self-cultivation, be lenient, be indifferent to fame and fortune, be good to others, and you will gain health, happiness and longevity.

"Tune": take more deep breaths

It is often said, "The unsatisfactory things in life are nine out of ten." No matter who it is, it is inevitable that you will encounter some unsatisfactory situations, such as overwork, attack by pathogens, and poor official career. At this time, you have to learn to "tune".

"Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" says that according to the changes of the four seasons, the spiritual will and the seven emotions and six desires should be cultivated. It also emphasizes the regulation of breathing, that is, "regulation of breath", and practice breathing and breathing.

You can breathe more deeply, slowly, and evenly.

Practicing "dantian breath", take a deep breath, push down as much as possible, and send it to the dantian position, so that the lower abdomen expands outward. Hold your breath for about three seconds, close the upper and lower teeth slightly, press the tongue against the upper teeth, and pronounce s. The strength of the pronunciation is as consistent as possible. The purpose is to control the breath and exhale evenly until the breath is exhausted and the lower abdomen feels swelling and pain.

Practice four times in the morning and evening each day. At the same time, you can swallow saliva and adjust body fluid for better results.

"Tonic": Tonic is the healthiest

The ancients liked to use ingredients to nourish and regulate qi and blood, liver, yin and yang.

Generally, there are three principles: one is syndrome differentiation; the other is food tonic; the third is the combination of tonic and relieve.

Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes the homology of medicine and food, and food has the effect of regulating the body.

In terms of taste, sour nourishes the liver, sweetness nourishes the spleen, bitter nourishment, nourishment nourishes the lung, salt nourishment and nourishment. From the color theory, red nourishes the heart, white nourishes the lung, yellow nourishes the spleen, black nourishes the kidney, and green nourishes the liver.

"Solid": solid essence, solid gas, solid spirit

Strengthening essence is to protect kidney qi, and the most important thing is abstinence.

To build qi, firstly speak less and reduce gas consumption; secondly, get more exposure to the sun to replenish yang; secondly, exercise more to promote the circulation of qi and blood; Gas.

To strengthen the spirit, it is necessary to nurture the seven emotions and control the emotions so that the body will suffer less harm.
