养足正气,牢记这七句话!

元朝邹铉所撰《寿亲养老新书》一书中有一首“七养诀”曰:“一者少言语养真气;二者戒色欲养精气;三者薄滋味养血气;四者咽津液养脏气;五者莫嗔怒养肝气;六者美饮食养胃气;七者少思虑养心气。”读来耐人寻味。

少言语养真气


少言语是指说话要戒急、戒快、戒喋喋不休。真气又叫“正气”,人体各种机能活动以及抗病能力都和真气有关,故真气是人体生命活动的动力。人若经常喋喋不休或大喊大叫,就必然要消耗肺气,影响呼吸气官的正常功能,致使体内正气不足,外邪乘虚而入而百病丛生。

戒色欲养精气


戒色欲,指的是房事要有节制。姿情纵欲,对房事不加节制,必然使精液枯竭,真气耗散,可造成年少早亡或未老先衰。房事过度主要是损耗人的精气,而精气是养生之本。精气损耗就动摇了生命的根本,所以健康和长寿就难以保障。

薄滋味养血气


薄滋味是指多食蔬菜、瓜果、清淡素食类,少食肥肉、烈酒、辛辣、油膘之品。贪图膏梁厚味,嗜食美酒佳肴,整天大鱼大肉,无所顾及,必损身体。少吃荤食不贪味,饮食五味不要太过,特别是不要太咸。

咽津液养脏气


津液指唾液,古人认为津液是人体的精华。在非饮食的情况下,经常用舌头在口腔内搅动,使体内的水分上升至口腔,通过唾液腺变唾液(津液),再徐徐咽下有滋养脏气的良好功效。

莫嗔怒养肝气


指的是平时要心平气和,不要随便发火,否则,导致肝气持续处于上行状态,肝气上逆,同时血液随气上逆,造成肝郁不疏,从而对肝脏造成损害。若经常为生活琐事动怒,甚至暴跳如雷,就可因怒火而气乱,使心神无主,阴阳失调,气血不和,经络阻塞,脏腑功能紊乱而致病,甚至引起猝死。

美饮食养胃气


美饮食是说饮食结构要搭配合理,从古到今人们充分认识到食物不同,所含营养成分也有差别,只有全面而合理地进行搭配,才能使人体获得不同的营养,以满足各种生理功能的需要。日常生活中,谷物、蔬菜、水果以及肉类是饮食的主要组成内容,只有荤素搭配,营养均衡,才能补养胃气。

少思虑养心气


指的是闲来不要胡思乱想,人必有所思,亦必所有虑,但过多思虑,则伤心气而损寿命。日常生活中要做到省思少虑,特别是对于个人得失、名誉地位、物质金钱等,不可以汲汲而求,处心积虑,以免失去心理平衡而影响健康。

There is a "Seven Nourishing Jue" in the book "The New Book of Shouxuan and Elderly Care" written by Zou Xuan in the Yuan Dynasty. There is a "seven nourishing tactics" which says: "One is to use less words to nourish the true qi; Body fluid nourishes visceral qi; five are no anger and liver qi; six are beautiful diet to nourish stomach qi; seven are less thoughtful and nourish heart qi.” It is intriguing to read.

Less words to raise real qi


Speaking less means to avoid haste, fast, and non-stop talking. True qi is also called "righteous qi". Various functional activities and disease resistance of the human body are related to zhenqi, so zhenqi is the driving force of human life activities. If a person is constantly chattering or yelling, it will inevitably consume lung qi, affect the normal function of the respiratory qi organs, cause the body's lack of righteous qi, and cause all kinds of diseases.

Rebooting desire to nourish vitality


Rebooting of lust refers to the need for restraint in sexual intercourse. Indulging in sexuality and unrestrained sexual intercourse will inevitably deplete semen and dissipate true qi, which can cause premature death or decline before old age. Excessive sexual intercourse is mainly to deplete one's essence, and essence is the foundation of health preservation. Essence depletion shakes the foundation of life, so health and longevity cannot be guaranteed.

Thin taste and nourish blood


Thin taste refers to eating more vegetables, fruits, light vegetarian food, and less fatty meat, spirits, spicy, oily products. Covetously anointing the taste, addicted to wine and delicacies, big fish and meat all day long, if you don't care about it, you will damage your body. Eat less meat and not be greedy, and don’t eat too much of the five flavors, especially not too salty.

Pharyngeal fluid nourishes visceral qi


Body fluid refers to saliva. The ancients believed that body fluid was the essence of the human body. In the case of non-diet, often use the tongue to stir in the oral cavity, so that the water in the body rises to the oral cavity, through the salivary glands to change saliva (body fluid), and then slowly swallowed has a good effect of nourishing dirty air.

Don't be angry and nourish your liver qi


It means to calm down and not get angry. Otherwise, the liver qi will continue to be in an upward state, the liver qi will go up and the blood will go up and down with the qi, which will cause the liver to be stagnant and cause damage to the liver. If you often get angry about life's trivial matters, or even thunderously, you can get upset because of anger, make your mind uncontrollable, imbalance between yin and yang, discord between qi and blood, blocked meridians, and visceral dysfunction, which can cause illness and even cause sudden death.

Beautiful diet to nourish stomach qi


A beautiful diet means that the diet structure must be reasonably matched. From ancient times to the present, people have fully realized that different foods contain different nutrients. Only a comprehensive and reasonable match can enable the human body to obtain different nutrients to meet various physiological functions. Needs. In daily life, grains, vegetables, fruits and meat are the main components of the diet. Only the combination of meat and vegetables and balanced nutrition can nourish the stomach.




07.


No more thoughts and nourishment


It means that you should not think about it when you are idle. People must think and think about everything. But if you think too much, it will hurt your heart and your life. In our daily life, we must be mindful, especially with regard to personal gains and losses, reputation status, material money, etc., we should not learn from and deliberate, so as not to lose mental balance and affect health.
