睾丸疼

有的男性在跟女性亲热后会觉得睾丸疼，但平时又没有这种感觉，所以不太在意。但如果一旦发现亲热后有疼痛感，需要男性特别关注，有可能有这些原因。

睾丸疼痛可大体上分为两种情况，急性的持续疼痛和慢性的经常性疼痛。

急性疼痛多见于睾丸炎和损伤，睾丸炎除血行感染外，更常见的是细菌经尿道逆行至附睾和睾丸，造成附睾炎、睾丸炎，临床可见附睾与睾丸肿胀和疼痛。睾丸损伤时有外伤史和局部的肿胀及淤血。
