枸杞酒

枸杞泡酒具有益气、补肝、明目、安神、润肺、抗肿瘤、延缓衰老等作用,是百姓家中常用泡酒食材,但是我们的泡酒方法是否正确?不同的配方有不同的比例。下面我们就根据不同的枸杞泡酒配方来看看枸杞泡酒的比例如何吧!


1、补脑益肾、补齐益精杞圆酒


配方:枸杞、龙眼肉各50克,好白酒500克。


制法:将上药浸入酒中,封固,7天后即可饮用。


服法:每次饮1小杯,每日1-2次。



2、清肝明目,疏风散热,肝虚白内障,迎风流泪酒又叫疏风明目酒


配方:枸杞50克,黄酒2000毫升。


制法:将枸杞浸入黄酒中,密封贮存、4个月即可。


服法:每次服30~50毫升,每日服2次,饭后服用。


3、养心安神、补血益精、强身健体枸杞地黄酒


配方:枸杞10克,肉苁蓉20克,茯苓20克,熟地黄20克,山茱萸20克,牛膝20克,远志20克,五加皮20克,石菖蒲20克,地骨皮20克,白酒1000毫升。


做法:将前10味切碎,装入布袋,置容器中,加入白酒,密封浸泡,14日后去渣即成。


服法:每日早、晚各服1次,每服15毫升。


4、补精养髓、益肾健脾、润燥枸杞参白酒


配方:枸杞70克,生地黄100克,麦冬60克,甜杏仁30克,人参20克,茯苓30克,白酒1000毫升。


做法:将前6味置容器中,加入白酒,密封浸泡,7日后去渣即成。


服法:每日早、晚各服1次,每服10~15毫升。



5、补虚益精,祛寒助阳枸杞虫草酒


配方:冬虫夏草10克,枸杞40克,白酒500毫升。


做法:将枸杞、冬虫夏草,装入瓶内加白酒500毫升,封紧瓶口,每日振摇1次,半月后开始饮用。


服法:每日早、晚各温饮10~20毫升。
