冬瓜粟米薏米陈肾汤

【食材】:冬瓜一大件、生熟薏米60g、陈皮一片、粟米2条、蜜枣5粒、陈肾3副、腰果1/3斤

【做法】:1冬瓜去芯但毋须去皮,切件。薏米和蜜枣洗净,陈皮浸软刮瓤。粟米去皮切件并留下粟米须。干陈肾洗净浸水30分钟切成小块。腰果和陈肾先汆一汆水。

2以上材料冻水落,煲约2小时,最后加盐调味,熄火即可。(我用高速压力煲约15-20分钟,临饮前再大滚5分钟。)

[Method]: 1 Winter melon is cored but does not need to be peeled and cut into pieces. Wash the barley and candied dates, soak the tangerine peel and scrape it. Peel the corn and cut into pieces and leave the corn whiskers. Rinse dried Chen kidney and soak in water for 30 minutes and cut into small pieces. Boil cashew nuts and Chen Shen first.

2 The above ingredients are frozen in water and boil for about 2 hours. Finally, add salt to taste and turn off the heat. (I use a high-speed pressure cooker for about 15-20 minutes, and boil it for 5 minutes before drinking.)
