春季养生注意事项:

1、春季养肝为先


春季养阳重在养肝。在五行学说中,肝属木,与春相应,主升发,在春季萌发、生长。因此,患有高血压、冠心病的人更应注意在春季养阳。如果春季养生不当,便易伤肝气。为适应季节气候的变化,保持人体健康,在饮食调理上应当注意养肝为先。


2、春季养生不宜盲目吃水果

4、春季饮食要营养平衡
