立秋时节该如何养生?

俗话说:“早立秋凉飕飕、晚立秋热死牛。” 按照二十四节气的变化规律来看,立秋之后正处于中伏,气温居高不下,头晕目眩 、腰膝酸软、舌红少苔等症状随之而来。那么出现这些症状时,应该怎么调养呢?



专家指出:若素有肝肾亏虚加之夏季炎热, 人体的气血阴阳消耗过度,立秋之后就容易出现腰膝酸软。腰膝酸软是肝肾虚的临床表现,可以通过滋补肝肾来缓解症状。




立秋后,天气由炎热转为寒凉,中医认为春夏养阳,秋冬养阴,立秋正是从养阳逐渐转为养阴的时刻。因此秋季养生,皆以“收、养”为原则。

01 防暑




立秋时节,暑热未尽,气温不会很快下降,很可能有短时间的气温升高,天气也逐渐由潮热转向干热,虽有凉风时至,但天气变化无常,早晚温差大,白天仍然炎热,“秋老虎”随时虎视眈眈。




因此,立秋后防暑降温要继续,不能有丝毫懈怠,应当心“秋老虎”,小心中暑。




02防感冒




立秋后,昼夜温差大,此时段易感受外邪而致感冒。提醒大家在衣着和居家休息方面,应更注意避免夜间着凉。




03防燥




中医认为,燥乃六淫之邪,为秋季主气,其性干燥,易耗津液。常见口干舌燥、鼻涩咽痛、皮肤干枯、大便干结、烦躁不安等一系列症状,医学上称之为“秋燥综合征”。




秋季防燥,要以养阴清燥、润肺生津为基本原则。中医有清热润肺之法,可用麦冬、菊花、百合等煎水代茶饮。有养阴润肺,清心除烦,益胃生津之效,是秋季防治秋燥的良法。

01 饮食




在饮食上应坚持祛暑清热,多食用滋阴润肺的食物。中医认为,秋季燥气上升,易伤津液,所以饮食应以滋阴润肺为主。可适当食用芝麻、糯米、蜂蜜、枇杷、菠萝、乳品等柔润食物,以益胃生津。




02早睡早起




立秋之季已是天高气爽之时,应开始“早卧早起,与鸡俱兴”。早睡以顺应阳气之收敛,早起为使肺气得以舒展,且防收敛之太过。秋季适当早起,可减少血栓形成的机会,秋季早睡,完全符合“收、养”的养生原则。




03坚持运动




立秋之后,是开展各项运动锻炼的好时期,秋季养生不能离开“收、养”的原则,运动也应顺应这一原则,运动量不宜过大,可选择一些平缓轻松的运动项目。尤其是老年人、儿童、体质虚弱者,以防出汗过多,阳气耗损
