魔芋

魔芋,又叫蒟蒻(jǔruò),含有35%的淀粉、3%的蛋白质、以及多种维生素和钾、磷、硒等矿物质元素,还含有人类所需要的魔芋多糖,即葡甘露聚糖高达30%。


葡甘露聚糖是一种高分子多糖,属于可溶性膳食纤维,食用后进入人体,很容易和水结合成溶胶。而这种溶胶吸水膨胀率可达几十到几百倍,食用后消化吸收慢,容易给人吃饱的感觉,热量又低,从而减少人们摄入食物的数量和能量,有利于控制人的体重,达到自然减肥效果。
