做豆浆

记忆,如快速编辑的电影剪辑,一直萦绕在我的脑海中。

我最想做的就是再看奶奶做豆浆。


奶奶家住在村头一个优雅温馨的小瓦房里。天气冷的时候,来这里的那些游客,会随着公交车的鸣笛声,拥挤在这个普通的小村庄里,像小孩子一样享受着迷人的雪国风情。只要连续几年有假期,奶奶就会在一个大锅里煮一些新鲜的豆浆。那时候奶奶会给我们姐弟俩打电话:“去,卖豆浆。”不一会儿,香气四溢的豆浆被游客抢走了。


奶奶的豆浆好喝,人们争相购买,这是奶奶精心制作的结果。

奶奶买的时候总是小心翼翼的挑选豆子,好像里面有宝石一样。她会阻止别人干涉。认真的方式真的没话说,集中的方式让我佩服。奶奶摘完豆子站起来总觉得头晕。我劝奶奶不要那么认真,但是奶奶一直没变。

仔细挑选豆子后,用水浸泡,用石磨研磨。奶奶整天磨前不停地转动,有时累得举不起胳膊。我劝奶奶,单纯用电炉炼钢会省点力气,奶奶说会失去那种醇厚的豆香味。

奶奶的豆浆不贵。天气冷的时候,人们喝一口热气腾腾的豆浆,浑身都觉得暖和。整个人顿时有了精神,被雪冻红的手和脸渐渐恢复了本来面目。这时,奶奶的豆浆会赢得客人满意的笑声。
