网红美食雪花酥所需食材:棉花糖150克、黄油40克、奶粉40克、可可粉10克、坚果和果干120克、小饼干130克。【表面】奶粉15克、可可粉8克


网红美食雪花酥制作方法:


1、准备好所有食材,把奶粉40克与可可粉10克,放在一个容器中,最好过筛一次,表面用的奶粉15克与可可粉8克,最好也放一起,过筛一遍,备用。坚果和果干,选择自己喜欢的就行,我用的是腰果和草莓干,草莓干颜色比较红,做出来的雪花酥很漂亮。




2、不粘锅里直接加入黄油,小火慢慢将黄油融化,如果家里没有黄油,也可以用玉米油,但是味道没有黄油这么香,外形也不够硬,但是味道也不错。




3、一次性把棉花糖都倒入黄油中,全程保持小火,来回翻动棉花糖,让棉花糖充分的融化。




4、加入奶粉与可可粉的混合粉,不要把表面用的粉倒进去,快速搅拌均匀。




5、再将饼干、坚果、果干,全部倒入锅中,快速翻拌几下。




6、提前戴上一次性手套,锅中所有混合物已经黏成一团,放入烤盘,不太烫手得时候,戴上PVC手套,把混合物拉扯开两端,再折叠,然后再拉扯,再折叠,反复折几次。然后用手心按扁按实,厚度大约2厘米左右,也可以自己随意调整厚度,把边缘也整理规整。




7、在表面筛入奶粉与可可粉,放凉后就可以切成小块享用了,冷藏后,会更加脆硬。
