管仲拜相读后感

亲爱的同学们：

大家好！

同读《管仲拜相》后，我想问大家：如果站在金字塔顶端的只能有一个人，你是否甘愿像鲍叔牙那样，为比自己更能胜任的人鼓掌？

也许大多数人在面对这个问题时都会犹豫。人类生来就具有利己性，这无法回避；但理性又告诉我们：越是关键的位置，越需要卓越的人才；越是宝贵的机会，越值得虔诚地对待。我们会被这两种声音反复拉扯，而鲍叔牙却毫无犹豫、不遗余力地推荐管仲、托举管仲，他用实际行动告诉我们：让贤，是一种智慧、一种胸怀、一种担当。鲍叔牙值得我们为之鼓掌，“让贤”值得我们为之鼓掌。

拥有为自己而“让”的智慧，我们收获解脱。自远古时期开始，万物就遵守着“物竞天择，适者生存”的法则；奔流不息的历史长河中，多少是非成败、多少朝代更迭，都是竞争的结果。卢梭说：“人生而自由，却无往不在枷锁之中。”这“枷锁”，很大程度上便是我们无法逃避的竞争。作为一个生活在文明新时代的青年，我们对竞争应持有的态度不应是“不顾一切往上爬”，而是“做最好的自己”。“倚天照海花无数，流水高山心自知”，站在与自己的能力不符的高度，会双腿战栗、彷徨无助，把最高的位置让给最适合的人，才能内心释然、自由坦荡，正所谓“云在青天水在瓶”——“让”是一种正视自己、慧眼识才的大智慧。

拥有为他人而“让”的胸怀，我们收获达观。放眼今日，网络上海量信息使我们不再闭塞，能辨马识才的人不再如管鲍所处的时代那样稀缺，但真正能敬才让贤的人却为数不多，真正肯“坐在路边为他人鼓掌”的人也并不多。面对纷繁浮华的功名利禄，保持一颗平静的心，以理性的眼光衡量自己与他人的能力，摒弃嫉妒、放下焦虑，“己欲立而立人，己欲达而达人”——“让”是不记得失、淡看名利的大胸怀。

拥有为大义而“让”的格局，我们收获自豪。在座的同学们胸中都有一个共同的词在跳动——“社会责任感”。但是，“社会责任感”仅仅是简单粗暴地把什么都往自己肩上扛吗？显然不是。真正的社会责任感，是站在全社会的立场思考问题，继而做出选择，是为了全社会的利益奉献自我，甚至牺牲自我。鲍叔牙能得到诸多赞誉，最重要的一个原因就是他懂得“功成不必在我，功成必定有我” 。他不曾成为千古名相，但他为齐国做出了一个至关重要的正确决策。孙中山先生说：“做人最重要的事情，就是要知道怎么样爱国。”究竟应该“怎么样”爱国？从管鲍之交的佳话中，我们找到了答案——“让”是心怀天下、无私忘我的大格局。

所以，若你也立志成为一个有智慧、有胸怀、有格局的人，若你也甘愿在观众席鼓掌，那么，请不要怀疑，那雷鸣般的掌声不仅献给舞台上的人，也是为你响起！

With the wisdom to "let" for ourselves, we gain liberation. Since ancient times, everything has obeyed the law of "things compete with natural selection, and the fittest survives"; in the endless river of history, how many successes or failures and how many dynasties change are the result of competition. Rousseau said: "Born to be free, but omnipresent in shackles." This "yoke" is largely a competition that we cannot escape. As a young man living in a new era of civilization, our attitude towards competition should not be "to climb up desperately", but to "be the best of ourselves." "Relying on the sky, illuminating the sea with countless flowers, flowing water and high mountains, knowing myself", standing at a height that is inconsistent with my own abilities, my legs will tremble, hesitate and helpless, and give the highest position to the most suitable person, so that I can feel relieved and free. As the saying goes, "clouds are in the blue sky, water is in a bottle"-"Let" is a kind of great wisdom that faces oneself squarely and knows talents.

People who can identify horses and talents are no longer as scarce as Guan Bao lived in, but there are only a few people who can truly respect talents and make them wise. Not many people applaud for others on the roadside. Facing the multitude of fame and fortune, keep a calm mind, measure the abilities of oneself and others with a rational vision, abandon jealousy, let go of anxiety, "one who wants to stand up, and one who wants to achieve others"-"Let "It's a big mind that doesn't remember the loss and looks down on fame and fortune.

With a pattern of "letting" for the sake of justice, we are proud of it. All the students present have a common word beating in their chests-"social responsibility". But is "social responsibility" just simply and rudely carrying everything on one's shoulders? Obviously not. The real sense of social responsibility is to think about problems from the standpoint of the whole society, and then make choices, which is to dedicate yourself or even sacrifice yourself for the benefit of the whole society. One of the most important reasons for Bao Shuya to get a lot of praise is that he understands that "success does not have to be with me, it must be with me". He has never been an eternal name, but he made a crucial correct decision for Qi. Mr. Sun Yat-sen said: "The most important thing to be a man is to know how to be patriotic." What should be "how" to be patriotic? From the good stories of Guan Bao’s turn, we have found the answer-"Let" is a big pattern with the world in mind and selflessness.
