A good life requires good wine. Wine is used as the match at the moments of reunion, wine is used to add to the fun at warm moments, and wine is used as a gift at moving moments. Wine has become an indispensable part of social activities and daily life. Moderate drinking can bring a pleasant spiritual experience to consumers, but excessive drinking is harmful to health. At present, in social communication, excessive drinking and other irrational drinking behaviors are still relatively common. In order to enable consumers to correctly understand the harm of excessive drinking, the concept of moderate drinking has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The alcohol industry must take more initiative to assume social responsibilities, actively demonstrate the responsibility of the industry, and establish a positive and responsible image of the industry.


On June 24, 2019, the State Council issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Healthy China Action" and the "Healthy China Action (2019-2030)" reports, which for the first time proposed "drink less and no alcohol." In the post-epidemic era, consumers pay more attention to life and health and yearn for a better life. We will focus on advocating a rational, moderate and healthy drinking attitude and lifestyle, and actively promote a new trend of rational and healthy alcohol consumption. Here, we solemnly propose:


1. Adhere to "Responsibility is greater than the sky." We are the producers and operators of alcoholic products, and we have an inescapable and special responsibility in the construction of a harmonious society. We promise that every product we sell means a responsibility that we have to bear. We hope that alcoholic products will help An important element of a good life.


2. Adhere to the principle of “no change in guiding gold”. We promote rational drinking behavior and do not describe, encourage, or condone excessive drinking. Truly state alcoholic product information, refuse to promote or exaggerate information that alcoholic products have special effects or enhanced capabilities, and do not imply or indicate that alcoholic products can be overdone.


3. Advocate "appropriate new fashion". We actively promote the new wine consumption fashion of "drinking in moderation, happy life", disseminating scientific and rational drinking concepts and consumption knowledge, helping consumers correctly identify alcohol product information, and fully protecting consumers' rights and the right to know.


4. Promote "a new situation in consumption". Facing the trend of diversified consumption, we improve the quality of wine products to meet emerging consumer demands; strengthen the concept of honest marketing, improve consumer experience, and enhance consumer confidence. Create a new scene of alcohol consumption and promote a new situation of lively consumption.


5. Promote the "positive energy of legal principles." We call on all Chinese wine producers and operators to start from the global vision of sustainable operation, respect the law and ethics, establish a bottom line awareness, actively spread positive energy, and vigorously promote the core socialist values.


I hope that more and more colleagues in the wine industry will actively join us and devote themselves to the cause of social responsibility in the Chinese wine industry. We will work together to actively promote the concept of "drinking in moderation, happy life", and further improve the social responsibility system of China's alcohol industry, and contribute our wisdom and strength to the construction of a harmonious and civilized alcohol consumption environment with enthusiasm and practical actions . In the new era, new mission, new journey and new deeds, let us join hands to jointly promote the harmonious development of wine and society and contribute to the better life of the people.
