幼儿园大班期末家长会发言稿

尊敬的各位家长:

首先还是得感谢各位家长能够抽空来参加今天的会议，今天主要是让家长了解孩子本学期在园的表现与学习的情况以及寒假的一些安全注意事项。

首先向各位家长介绍一下本班的班级情况

我们班一共有32个小朋友，其中男孩子有17个，女孩有15个。经过小班、中班的学习与生活，大班小朋友们已经有了明显的变化，成长与发展速度在加快，语言丰富了，思想活跃了，综合能力加强了，运动协调能力也像个小大人了。大部分孩子都比较活泼开朗能够适应幼儿园的集体生活。都能够积极参加各种体育活动，在幼儿园的学习生活，让孩子已初步形成了良好的生活习惯，能主动，正确的使用礼貌用语，能自己用餐收拾餐具，擦桌子，自己穿衣服，能为班级做一些力所能及的事情。大部分的孩子在集体教学活动中都能积极思考，发言，表达自己的愿望。本学期，孩子们基本上都有达到各科的教学目标。那各科的教学目标体现在哪里?

接下来介绍一下教学方面上的情况。首先，说一下五大领域的目标:

1)语言领域，让幼儿接触多种形式的文艺作品，体会作品的情感，理解作品的主题，大胆讲述感受并理解别人的情感，增强幼儿进入小学的意识。

2)艺术领域，音乐方面:让幼儿能够感受、欣赏、并表现音乐带来的乐趣。美术方面:让幼儿能够自主创作、想象，提高幼儿的绘画及手工能力。3)科学领域，事理解一些数的概念，教会幼儿区分物体的轻重，左右关系，学会区别10以内的单、双数，练习10以内的加减;学习简单的数量统计方法;学习20以内的相邻数;

4)社会领域:培养幼儿的交往能力，理解他人情感，解决问题能力，愿意帮助有困难的人;了解小学生活，向往入学，为入学做好准备，有初步的坚持性、责任感、规则意识。

5)健康领域，让幼儿主动参与体育锻炼，增进动作的协调性，增强体质认识各种安全标志，懂得保护自己，进行防火安全教育

以上是五大领域所要求的目标，孩子们基本上都能够达到。大班上学期，对孩子来说是一个转折期，因为他们在参加正常的幼儿教学活动的同时，又加入了拼音教学，数学计算等任务，开始时，有部分的家长比较担心，不知道自己的孩子能不能把学到的掌握好，对孩子们来说，添加内容的学习是一种挑战，尤其是拼音的拼写，要把小的拼音字母规范的写出来，拼出来，对他们来说确实不容易，而拼音又是一门很重要的课程，因为在小学一年级语文书第一册上就要求写生字，家长都知道，生字是要写汉字以及相对应的拼音的，所以这让很多家长都很烦恼。不知道怎么去指导孩子的拼音，记得开学时候有说过，因为怕有些家长的发音不标准可能会影响孩子的发音，所以还是建议家长监督孩子完成作业，并当场读给你们听，如果你们有发现孩子读得有点不对劲的，又不知道对不对的，可以与老师联系，帮忙一起纠正。我们会针对这些拼音较薄弱的孩子进行加强，下学期，会把拼音放在重点上，所以如果以后孩子有不懂的问题，我们希望家长及时跟我们进行沟通，这样对孩子比较有好处。通过这一学期的学习，孩子们的进步非常大，每个孩子都在自己原有的水平上取得了一定的进步，有些孩子汉字、计算、拼音学得特别好，比如我们班的方腾跃、刘若茜、蔡梓婷、何佳霓等。有些孩子在其他方面上也进步了不少，就比如在塑造个人的自信心方面进步比较大的小朋友有陈荣坚、李洪森、林志相、黄彬彬。课堂上的表现相对以前进步较大的有:陈泓文、蔡诗彤、王思琦等等。大部分孩子都有了要成为一个合格的小学生而做准备的意识。我们也根据孩子的接受能力每天都布置一定量的作业，主要是让幼儿更加巩固当天所学的知识，平时我们会利用了餐前、餐后、离园前这段时间，组织幼儿早期阅读、智力游戏、算术题抢答、展现自我风采等活动。使得幼儿的语言表达更加生动富有感染力，回答问题的积极性也越来越高。以及逻辑思维培养发展较好，有一定的数概念，计算能力取得了非常好的效果。其次，说说幼儿的游戏活动:

积极主动地参加游戏活动，体验游戏活动的快乐。与同伴团结合作，共同解决游戏中的困难，体验分享和合群的快乐。游戏有始有终，有责任意识。爱惜游戏材料和玩具，有良好的收放游戏材料的习惯。愿意根据游戏的主题，与同伴一起收集游戏的材料，制作简单的游戏替代品。

第三、说说对幼儿的习惯培养

1)自理能力――生活自理和保管自己物品，这点基本上都能做得很好，只要及少部分孩子在午餐方面动作比较慢而已。

2)倾听能力的培养，培养幼儿能够安静倾听别人的谈话，做到不随便插话。3)自我的调节能力――制定一些规章制度让幼儿能够自觉遵守，这些习惯培养，孩子们也基本上都能达到要求。

三、跟家长谈一谈教育的观念

有些家长望子成龙，望女成凤的思想太过明显，总是认为多教字，多做算术的才是好的，孩子的压力越来越大，导致效果跟我们预料的不一致，认字词和进行必要的、规范的言语训练，以及给孩子一些数的概念。这些都必须在相应的实践活动中进行教学，让孩子生动、直观、主动地接受知识，兴趣盎然地学会知识。家长要注意教育的分寸，正确把握严与爱的尺度，多给孩子鼓励，让孩子从小学会自信。特别不能在他人面前当着孩子说自己孩子的缺点。还有一点就是，到现在还发现有些小朋友在家里吃饭还需要爸爸妈妈喂的，不喂就不吃的，我希望小朋友跟家长都要注意一下了，毕竟孩子都长大了，一些事情该让他们去做的还是得让他们自己做，不要总是包办孩子的一切。

四、请家长配合的注意事项

因为马上就要放假了，所以一些事情要求家长跟小朋友一起注意的是:

1、交通安全:公路上交通从横交错，过往车辆多，交通事务是有发生，给社会、家庭带来不幸。面对交通安全隐患，家长务必要做好幼儿的监护工作。

2、健康安全:引导幼儿注意做有益于身心健康的各种活动，加强对幼儿的安全教育，杜绝意外事故的发生。

3、外出安全:幼儿寒假期间走亲访友或外出玩耍、购物时要家长同意或由家长陪同才可以出行。(特别跟小朋友说一下)

4、卫生安全:要求孩子注意饮食卫生，不暴饮暴食，不吃路边摊的食品，养成良好的生活、饮食习惯。

5、其他安全:提醒幼儿在任何地方都不玩水、不玩火、不玩电、不玩煤气、不轻易相信陌生人，不随便跟陌生人走。

以上是一些安全注意事项，家长应对孩子负起安全的责任，让孩子过一个快乐、安全而又意义的寒假。

元旦的停课时间:1月1日——3日停4号早上正式上课，4——6号园里将举行第一届冬季运动会。生命因运动而美丽。运动，让我们的小朋友变得健健康康;运动，让我们的小朋友在玩中学、玩中乐。为了增进和谐的亲子关系，提升幼儿身心的健康发展，培养幼儿良好的参与意识、竞争意识和合作意识，充分享受运动的快乐!我园定于下星期1月4日—1月6日在园内举行“迎新年首届冬季亲子运动会”。大班段具体活动安排如下:1月4日上午9:30在园开展运动会开幕仪式，1月6日下午3:00大班段亲子运动比赛;1月4日请家长让孩子穿上园服在8:30之前到园，家长9:30再到园里观看孩子们的开幕式。请家长根据这个活动时间务必安排好工作，准时参与、观看幼儿的活动。因为场地有限，为了保证孩子们的安全及赛场的秩序每个家庭只邀请一个家长参加，谢谢家长配合。六、评选孩子:年段好孩子(5名)、班级好孩子(5名)、小小数学家 (4名)、能干宝贝(5名)、红花幼儿(4名)、体育小天才(4名)进步宝贝(5名)6号上完课就正式放假了，下学期开学时间是农历正月十六(2月7日)。
