转眼间,已经到了寒假,回想过去,五班处处都体现出了“优”。


戴花迎同学--优


记得有一次,一位同学迟到了,万老师看见了,正准备说这位同学,可是这位同学一边指着手表,一边说道:“万老师,现在七点十七分,还没有到七点二十,所以没有迟到。”于是,万老师就放了他一马。后来几天经过万老师观察,发现那位同学经常迟到,且其他同学也有很多迟到的。还找借口,什么:“吃饭吃晚了”、“起来太晚”、“晚上没睡好”等。这让万老师很生气,于是便想出了一个策略。 每天早晨由一个组的一名代表站在教室门口,戴着一朵红花。不过站在门前的人可不是迎接同学的,他是来看谁会迟到的。如果迟到,不仅要扣分,而且还会受到老师的批评。不过,老师也不是一点情面也不讲的,如果住的远的同学,可以晚来一些。慢慢的,同学们都不迟到了。


量化分规――优


说到量化分你一定会吓一跳,别人班每周量化分四五千分,我们班里一周达到了一万多分!万老师听到这个消息也是大吃一惊,于是和每组组长一起商量办法,夕会时把办法告诉了大家。把每天每个组的计分纸贴在后面的墙上,下课后可以看墙上的计分纸,如果有问题,可以提出,大家一起解决。经大家观察,果然发现了不少问题。有的小组多做题竟达到了一百多分;英语默写竟达到了五十多分;教别人做题竟达到了一百多分等。于是大家一起商量后决定多做题最多可加一百分;英语默写最多可加二十五分;教别人做题最多可加五十分。这方法一出,慢慢的,同学们再也不会乱加分了。


周考提成绩――优


记得一次数学考试, 我们班考的很不理想。万老师和数学老师陈老师就决定,在每周五进行一次周考,周考的内容就是按每周学的内容来出题。学习成绩在二十五名以前的做a卷,学习成绩在二十五名以后的做b卷。a卷比b卷难度大一些。卷子发下来后,老师会给我们一点时间进行讨论错题、难题进行解决。而且每次考试的分数还要于小组的成员加起来,六号如果考到了六十分以上还可以翻倍加分,分数最高的小组,万老师和数学老师会亲自把奖杯颁发给他们。这样既可以挑起同学们的积极性,又可以提高数学成绩。慢慢的,我们的数学成绩越来越好了。


五班处处都体现出了“优”,相信我在这个优秀的大家庭里也会越来越“优” 。

Some groups have achieved more than 100 points for doing more questions; English dictation has reached more than 50 points; teaching others to do questions has reached more than 100 points. So after discussing it together, everyone decided to add up to 100 points for more questions; up to 25 points for English dictation; up to 50 points for teaching others to do questions. As soon as this method comes out, slowly, the students will no longer add points randomly.


Weekly test results-excellent


I remember a math test, our class was very unsatisfactory. Teacher Wan and Mathematics teacher Chen decided to conduct a weekly test every Friday. The content of the weekly test is based on the content learned each week. Those with academic scores before twenty-five will do a paper, and those with academic scores after twenty-five will do paper b. Volume a is more difficult than volume b. After the papers are issued, the teacher will give us some time to discuss wrong questions and solve problems. Moreover, the scores of each test must be added up to the members of the group. If you get more than 60 points in the test on the 6th, you can double the points. The group with the highest score will be awarded the trophy by the teacher Wan and the math teacher.
