元宵节倡议书

元宵节，又到了燃放“烟花爆竹”和“孔明灯”为欢庆传统节日的一个高峰期，但燃放“烟花爆竹”时会释放出大量的颗粒物和硫化物，燃放“烟花爆竹”后散落的炮皮碎屑等，不但损坏人体健康还影响街道环境卫生。然而“孔明灯”升空后受风速、燃烧条件等影响，存在着巨大的消防安全隐患，容易引起火灾的发生。

为预防安全事故发生，切实保障公共安全和人民群众人身财产安全。为了使我们能有一个更清新、更安全的居住环境，大力倡导文明、低碳、绿色、环保的生活方式，与爱同行志愿服务十一队决定在独流镇人流比较密集的地方，定点同时宣传并发放发“自觉遵守禁止燃放“烟花爆竹”和“孔明灯”致全镇人民的一封倡议书。

2月17日早上9点，四十余名志愿者准时在独流镇燃气公司门口集合，各小组分配任务，由六名领队带领各自组员整装待发。各小组到达指定地点后积极与过路的行人沟通宣传燃放“烟花竹”和“孔明灯”给大家带来的不良影响和危害。并且倡议大家要做新文明、新社会的带头人，并把倡议书发放给过路的行人手里。
