美术教育与人的发展》的作者是我国具有近四十年的教学实践经历的著名的儿童艺术教育家杨景芝。是一本儿童美术教学法研究方面的专著,书中具体介绍了通过美术教育活动对学生进行素质教育,促进儿童全面和谐发展的教学经验,以及通过长期探索而建立的儿童教学体系和教学方法。作者在书中根据自己切身经历和进行的教育实践研究,以美术教育发展的新观念,全面系统地分析和论述她对儿童美术教育的认识和体会。

《美术教育与人的发展》一书,分为上、下两篇,上篇是美术教育与人的发展,从走进基础教育天地谈起,到具体阐述美术教育与人的素质发展。从儿童接受美术教育的心理特征分析,到构建开放性教学实践体系的具体做法。下篇是儿童美术教学方法研究。具体论述了杨老师的教育观和教学方法,以及多年来总结的“教的艺术”。杨老师通过上下篇理论与实例的论述,让我们全方位、多角度的了解艺术教育特点,及儿童艺术教育的一些科学教育方法。


在书中,我特别欣赏的是杨老师提出的“从爱心出发进行教育”的主张,她在书中指出“在儿童稚嫩的心里最看重教师对他的态度,教师的爱最具有吸引力,它能激发儿童的学习热情。儿童的学习动力常产生在对教师的眷恋。”确实,爱就是力量,它能给人勇气,它能催人奋进。所以在我的教学中,作为教师应当主动接近学生,以自己对美术的热爱,激励学生对美术的热爱,以自己对学生点滴进步的由衷高兴,点燃学生对艺术的兴趣,以自己平等参与学生活动的行为,增加学生对她的美术课堂的眷恋,真正做到用爱心和学生进行平等的对话。相信,我们的美术教育一定能芝麻开花节节高,也会培养出更多艺术的花朵。


这是一本好书,从中我受益非浅。杨老师以自己的实际行动和理论成果,为艺术教育开辟了一片净土。也是我的一位良师益友。
