冰糖葫芦

一说到美食，我就想起了人间美味--冰糖葫芦。它是能让我口水直流三千尺的天下美食呀!

记得上个月，我妈妈带我去土门一家叫“金日郎”的商店买冰糖葫芦，还没走进店门口，我就闻到了空气中散发着一股焦糖的香气，等妈妈找好车位停好车之后，我拉开车门，像饿狼一样向冰糖葫芦跑去。一到柜台，我就看见格式各样的冰糖葫芦，有豆沙的、有葡萄的还有他们店长推荐的山楂核桃的。看完后，我选了一个山楂冰糖葫芦和妈妈的葡萄冰糖葫芦，就去结账了。

收银台后面就是冰糖葫芦的作坊。我看见冰糖葫芦是如何做成的。首先把山楂洗干净，然后把白砂糖和蜂蜜放在热锅里，快速搅拌。糖和蜂蜜遇热后开始融化，最后融化成糖汁，再把串成串的山楂均匀地涂抹上糖汁，一串冰糖葫芦就做好了。

结完账，我开心地吃着美食，先舔一口冰糖葫芦外面的焦糖，甜甜的，再要上一口酸酸的的.山楂，哇!酸甜的文涛在我的嘴巴里回味无穷。
