近视

最近，妈妈经常提醒我看书的时候眼睛离书本远一些，可是我看着看着就不自觉地凑得越来越近，眼睛也又干涩又疲劳，总觉得看不清远处的物体。妈妈带我去医院一检查，原来是近视了。

我觉得很纳闷，为什么有些同学的视力特别好，坐在教室后排也能看清黑板上的字，而我却得了近视，看到的字都是模模糊糊的?为什么得了近视看物体就会模糊呢?

带着一连串疑问，我翻阅了许多资料，终于明白了其中的奥秘。这得从人的视力形成的原理说起。我们视线内的物体反射的光进入眼球，落在视网膜上，我们就可以看到物体。人的眼睛有三个解剖学系统:光学系统、肌肉系统和神经系统。光学系统用来收集和聚集来自视野中物体光线的反射，肌肉系统帮助眼球运动，神经系统则把光能转化为电冲动，并把信息传递给大脑，形成视觉图像。正常的视力需要这三个系统保持正常的机能，共同协作，完成任务。

我平时喜欢趴在课桌上写字，也很喜欢玩电脑，眼睛长时间看着近处的物体(书和屏幕)，眼睛的肌肉系统就缺少运动和调节。这个环节出了问题，形成的视觉图像也就不清晰了。再看看那些视力好的同学，多半看书姿势比较好，而且长时间看书后会都休息一会儿。这样，眼睛的肌肉系统就能劳逸结合，正常工作了。

了解了近视形成的基本原因以后，我下定决心好好保护视力，再也不要趴着写字和长时间玩电脑了。我也决心学习更多的科学知识，更好地保护自己。
