美食大赛

在一个美妙的动物国度，大树正葱郁的成长，娇俏的小鸟正站在树枝上“喳喳”地歌唱。这天，正是动物国度的一年一度的美食大赛。参加比赛的选手是山羊与老虎。分别挑战:酸、甜、苦、辣四种味道。

第一局是酸。

山羊系好围裙，洗净双手，拿出一瓶三十九年的老陈醋，倒入高压锅中煮沸，在煮的过程中，山羊拿出一块新鲜的牛肉，以纵横相间的花刀相切，再把油、盐、醋反复均匀的抹在肉块上，腌十分钟。老虎见了不甘示弱，拿出一瓶白醋倒入腌好的五花肉中，佐以盐、香叶、十三香、酱油等调料。山羊做了一道腌牛肉。老虎做了醋泡五花肉。评委们一尝，恰到好处的酸味和着牛肉的香味打动了他们的味蕾，评委们对山羊制作的佳肴赞不绝口，因此，第一局山羊胜利了。

第二局甜。

山羊往加热的平底锅中倒入三包糖果，让它融化。待糖果融化后切好红薯丁放入融化好的糖果浆中，熬成红薯糖块。老虎拿出一包砂糖倒入装有水的锅中，放入草莓丁、芒果丁、奇异果丁等等。最后熬成了水果糖水。果不其然，评委们都被老虎别出心裁的料理吸引到了，这一局老虎获胜了。

第三局苦。

老虎这次抢先，拿出一根苦瓜将它切成碎末，然后炸成汁，瓜汁碧绿碧绿的真好看。山羊呢，把苦瓜的籽去掉切瓣，放入蒸锅，蒸好后，撒上一勺抹茶粉，它做成了抹茶苦瓜。抹茶与苦瓜产生了微妙的化学反应，竟也打动人们。山羊再次获胜了。

第四局辣。

山羊做了朝天辣椒爆炒梭子蟹，老虎做了虎皮椒擂皮蛋。朝天椒辣得霸道，蟹膏十足入味，这一局山羊赢得众望所归。

四局三胜，山羊摘得桂冠。但无论是输是赢，酸甜苦辣汇成人生百味。

The second game is sweet.

Goat pours three packets of candy into the heated pan and let it melt. After the candy is melted, cut the sweet potato diced into the melted candy syrup, and boil it into sweet potato candy cubes. The tiger took out a bag of granulated sugar and poured it into a pot filled with water, and put in diced strawberries, diced mangoes, diced kiwi, etc. Finally boiled into fruit syrup. Sure enough, the judges were all attracted by the tiger's ingenious cooking, and the tiger won this round.

The third game is bitter.

The tiger took the lead this time and took out a bitter gourd, chopped it into pieces, and then fried it into juice. The juice was green and green. For the goat, remove the bitter gourd seeds and cut into pieces, put them in a steamer, and after steaming, sprinkle a spoonful of matcha powder on it to make a matcha bitter gourd. The subtle chemical reaction between matcha and bitter gourd actually touched people. The goat won again.

The fourth game was spicy.

The goat made a stir-fried swimming crab with Chaotian chili, and the tiger made a preserved egg with tiger skin and chili. The Chaotian peppers are so hot and domineering, and the crab paste is full of flavor. This round of goats won everyone's expectations.

With three wins in four games, the goat won the crown. But whether it is winning or losing, the ups and downs are mixed.
