新年好啊，新年好啊，祝福大家新年好……”伴随着歌声，我们来到了新年。新年，对于我这样的资深吃货来说，好吃的是必然少不了的;今年年夜饭吃些什么呢?嘿嘿，今年我们吃的是五香条!当然，并不是说只有五香条这一道美食，还有其他的美味佳肴:河鱼焖豆腐、菜头汤、油炸糕……其中，让我最难忘的还是五香条。为什么呢?呵呵，那是因为有我的参与!

一大早，我和妈妈乘车来到街上“大采购”，可是，似乎不止我们俩，还有数以千计的人也来采购，人山人海，川流不息，小小的感叹之后，我们以闪电的速度买好了我们需要的东西。

回到家中，妈妈分配好了任务:我去加工葱，姐姐去磨刀、洗马蹄，妈妈负责洗肉、剁肉(我也负责一部分)。

材料准备好了之后，就要开始放在一起，加上盐、五香粉、味精、生粉，用手和筷子均匀地搅和，然后配上特制的五香皮，想包春卷一样对折后卷起来，用淀粉加水的液体粘起来，一个个整齐的摆在盘子上。

开始炸了，我们把油倒在锅里热了一会儿后，将五香条放在锅里炸，大概过了两三分钟，香气从锅里弥漫而出，让我垂涎欲滴。

终于开始吃了，我一口一口的品尝着这份让我难忘的美食，一到有意义的美食。

Early in the morning, my mother and I drove to the street for "big shopping", but it seemed that not only the two of us, but also thousands of people also came to buy. Speed has bought what we need.

When I got home, my mother assigned the task: I was going to process green onions, my sister was going to sharpen knives and washing horseshoes, and my mother was in charge of washing and chopping meat (I was also responsible for some).

After the ingredients are ready, they should be put together, add salt, five-spice powder, monosodium glutamate, cornstarch, mix them evenly with your hands and chopsticks, and then add the special five-spice skin, fold it in half like a spring roll, and roll it up. Stick it up with a liquid of starch and water, and place them neatly on the plate one by one.

It started to fry. After we put the oil in the pot and heat it for a while, we put the five-spice sticks in the pot and fry it. About two or three minutes later, the aroma diffused from the pot, making me salivate.

I finally started to eat. I tasted this unforgettable delicacy one bite at a time, a meaningful delicacy.
