双戴倡议书

广大居民朋友:为切实保护人民群众身体健康和生命安全，决定在全区广泛开展“双戴”行动，倡导广大居民从我做起，养成骑行戴头盔、外出戴口罩的文明好习惯。为了您和家人的人身安全，我们向您发出如下倡议:

一、做“双戴”的践行者。

广大居民要当好自身健康第一责任人，时刻养成“双戴”的良好习惯。在驾乘电动车出行时，驾驶人和乘坐人必须按法律规定正确佩戴合格的安全防护头盔。所有居民外出务必严格佩戴口罩，注意要随身携带备用口罩，存放在原包装袋或干净的袋子中，避免挤压变形。口罩出现脏污、变形、损坏、异味时需及时更换，每个口罩累计佩戴时间不超过4小时。使用后的口罩不要随意丢弃，归为医疗垃圾处理，处理完毕要及时用肥皂和清水清洗双手。

二、做“双戴”的宣传者。带头践行“双戴”行动，时时劝导提示身边的亲朋好友，依法正确佩戴头盔及口罩，让安全健康伴随每一个人。三、做“双戴”的推动者。广大党员干部、公职人员都要以身作则，积极发挥模范引领作用，争当“双戴”的“推动者”，自觉佩戴安全头盔、规范佩戴口罩，遵守交通法律法规和防疫工作要求，以实际行动更好地保障自身安全，并配合做好疫情防控工作。

请出行的小伙伴们，自觉佩戴好安全头盔，系好安全带。口罩戴好，健康就到。头盔戴好，安全就到。一样的戴，不一样的爱。不一样的戴，一样的爱。
