在所有《唐探》作品中，陈思诚尝试新风格貌似已经成为习惯。《唐探》电影第二部收获30多亿票房之后，他更加大胆，在剧版中一股脑请来了三位导演。

剧版前四集的导演是柯汶利，非常擅长悬疑类影片的拍摄。在将他的才能充分挖掘出来之后，陈思诚还在情节中加入了灵异元素，这在国内的电影中是不多见的。一般人不敢如此，怕的是末尾解释不清，到时候口碑会直线下降。

可是该片做到了，不但能对片中涉及的怪力乱神元素做出合理解释，而且解释的绝妙。后面四集也很顺畅，虽然在节奏上略显松弛，不过剧情依旧给力。林默办起事来更顺，演技把握更到位了，还有就是萨沙终于消停了。

其实对于陈思诚来讲，他的所求远远不止是单一的口碑甚至票房。很明显，他这几年一直想构建一个唐探宇宙，打造自己的推理片市场。剧版《唐探》播出后，这种苗头更明显了。

纵观整个唐探系列，已经推出了唐仁、秦风跟林默三位主要侦探，周边的还有野田昊和野田昊二等人跟一些有才能的奇人异士。

在这些人身上，都有一定的开挂属性。比如秦风的记忆宫殿和唐仁的寻龙尺技能，林默的狗鼻子、KIKO的高科技技术等，分别对应国外名作中的雷神跟神奇女侠，还有超人等英雄。这些技能之间看似毫无关系，但将拥有他们的人组合在一起时，就可以编织出一个又一个精彩的推理作品。

这些作品风格多变，可以是单纯的追凶，也可以是超人斗法或寻找神秘人、破解阴谋。随着出场人物越来越多，可拍的作品也越来越多。这样的宇宙搭建完成之后，成功的就不是某一部作品，而是一个系列。

现在该系列的口碑和热度正高。网剧剧终时正是《唐探3》上映之时，这样的无缝衔接会把大部分剧粉直接移到电影院去，《唐探3》的票房口碑早已不是问题。

因此说陈思诚玩得确实很溜。根据目前各大平台的估算结果看，通过网剧版的事先预热，《唐探3》的观看人数最少会增加40%。等到电影上映时，还会产生叠加人数。
