令我敬佩的人

令我敬佩的人有很多，有我的亲人，有我的老师，有我的同学，有我的朋友……其中最让我敬佩的是我的好朋友。

我的好朋友长着瓜子脸，一双眼睛黑葡萄似的，还有一个长长的鹰钩鼻。

他最大的爱好就是看书了，只要他一看书，就看个不停。有一次，他妈妈出去买菜，让他看着炉火上的汤，他爽快地答应了。结果因为他看书入了迷，没有及时关掉炉火，等妈妈回来时汤都没了，最后换来的礼品是屁股被妈妈打花了。我不得不承认我是敬佩他爱看书的精神。

他还是一个爱好就是下象棋。他跟我说班里几乎没有一个下得过他，我刚开始半信半疑，于是我和他下了几局。

这一局便开始了。他架起“当头炮”，暗伏“连环马”，用其余的子儿把住各个关口，然后出动大“车”，到对方阵地里横冲直撞。没过一分钟我就被逼停了。

第二局，他皱起眉头，不假思索地移动着棋子。虽然多丢了一炮一马，但过河的卒子再一步不停地向我的将军逼近，很快形成了决战的局势。大帅抵着右下角，战车守在临头，大炮在中间。车直杀下来,我的将军不能还口，看到这阵势，我慌了，嘴里不停地喊:“重来，重来……”

到了第三局，他支出奇招，有意让着我，我先调兵遣将，把炸弹运到最前面，设下了第一道封锁线。接着又运来一枚炸弹，设下另一道“哨卡”。心想:“看来，这双保险，非炸他个血肉横飞不可。”哪里想到他用小兵撞炸弹，马上，两个炸弹都排掉了，我依然败下阵来。

真可谓在象棋班上，只要他称第二，就没人敢称第一。我总算心服口服了，这也是我敬佩他的缘由之一。

His greatest hobby is reading books. As long as he reads a book, he will keep reading. Once, when his mother went out to buy groceries and let him watch the soup over the fire, he readily agreed. As a result, because he was fascinated by reading books, he didn't turn off the fire in time. When his mother came back, the soup was gone. In the end, the gift in exchange was that his butt was beaten by his mother. I have to admit that I admire his spirit of reading books.

One of his hobbies is playing chess. He told me that almost no one in the class could beat him, and I was skeptical at first, so I played him a few rounds.

This round begins. He set up a "head gun", hidden "serial horses", used the rest to hold each pass, and then dispatched a big "car" to rampage in the opponent's position. Within a minute I was forced to stop.

In the second game, he frowned and moved the pieces without thinking. Although one shot and one horse were lost, the pawns who crossed the river kept approaching my general, and soon a decisive battle was formed. The commander is in the lower right corner, the chariot is guarding the front, and the cannon is in the middle. The car fell straight down, and my general couldn't retaliate. Seeing this battle, I panicked and kept shouting, "Restart, start over..."

In the third round, he made a special move and deliberately let me. I first dispatched troops, transported the bomb to the front, and set up the first blockade. Then another bomb was brought in, and another "post" was set up. I thought to myself: "It seems that this pair of insurances must blow his flesh and blood." I didn't expect him to hit the bomb with a soldier. Immediately, both bombs were discharged, and I was still defeated.

It can be said that in the chess class, as long as he is the second, no one dares to be the first. I was finally convinced, which is one of the reasons I admire him.
