我要做一粒好的种子演讲稿

亲爱的各位同学：

杂交水稻之父袁隆平在接受央视记者采访时说：“我觉得人就像一粒种子，要做一粒好的种子，身体、精神、情感都要健康，种子健康了，事业才能够根深叶茂，枝粗果硕。”

做一粒好种子，多么形象的比喻，作为新时代的我们也应该做一粒“好种子”，坚定信念，志存高远，用青春和智慧砥砺奋进。

那么怎样才能做一粒好种子呢？古人云：修身齐家治国平天下。也就是说一个人的品德心性修养是做人的根本，我们须有正知正念保持头脑清醒，久而久之自己的修养就起来了，有智慧了，才能把“人”做好，把“人”做好才有可能把“事”做好，才能把自己的“家”经营好，当然也会把“国”治理好，所以要做一粒好种子首先以修心为先，所谓种树者必培其根，种德者必养其心。

其次，要做一粒独立思考、敢于探求的好种子，永远保持好奇心，不断成长精进，像袁隆平院士那样，在求知路上勇于攀登，敢于发问，敢于质疑，敢于坚持，敢于相信自己，如此才能突破自我设限与惯性思维，最终有所创新。

再次，做一粒懂得感恩，有家国情怀的好种子，如果没有强大的国家默默无闻做我们背后的支撑，这粒种子如何发芽呢？所以当有一天祖国需要，党需要，我个人将无条件服从组织安排。有一句话这样说，一个人有多幸福，是看他帮助了多少人，影响了多少人和为社会创造了多大的财富，袁隆平就是这样的人，我也想做这样幸福的人。

袁隆平院士已离我们远去，但我想他的精神将鼓舞和照耀着无数国人前进，在人生无边的画卷里，我将以他为楷模，放飞心中的笔，在新时代做一粒有益于社会和人民的好种子！
