我有一个动物朋友，叫作大白！它长着白白的毛、有一双鲜红而又明亮的大眼睛！一根短小而又毛茸茸的尾巴，更容易让人认出来的是那两只高高的耳朵！大家应该都知道是什么了吧？没错，它是一只小兔子！我和它成为朋友的事情，还得从一件惊险的事情说起……

有两个星期，我回老家了！在那里住到第一个星期日的时候，我上山去玩，意外救助了一只小兔子，它就是大白，当时我看见它的时候，它正被村里的几条恶狗围着，眼看就要抵挡不住了，在恶狗扑向它的一瞬间，我冲了上去，把它救了下来，本来是想放生的，可是转念一想，它再被欺负了咋办？所以我准备收养它。我给它搭建了一个窝，刚把它的房顶粉刷完成， 一看我住的屋，房顶上面一点油漆都没有，所以我准备有时间把我的房顶已给粉刷一下。

在一个万里无云的清晨，我起床去给房顶刷上一层新油漆的时候，意外发生了！刚开始的时候，还平平无奇，啥事都没有发生，我搬来了一把梯子，拎着油漆桶就爬了上去，而我的大白在下面玩弄着我给他买的小草球，一切都很和谐，我也照常开始粉刷屋顶，可就当我刷了大半，准备下来休息的时候，一阵狗叫声传来！两只恶犬飞奔到我的院子里，由于我在院子里，所以没关大门，本是想放放空气，可结果却闹了这出，那两只狗冲进来的时候，我刚好在梯子中间，恶犬看了一眼我之后，便朝我的梯子飞奔而来，我来不及反应，直接从梯子上被撞了下去，大白刚好看见了这一切，它立马放下手里的草球，飞快的跑到了我的身体下面，好像在说：“主人！我接着你，你不用担心！”可它那弱小的身体怎可能接住我呀！我身体歪向一旁，不想伤到它，我落地之后，大白安然无恙而我却重重的摔在了地上，昏迷了过去。大白看见了之后，立刻跑到我身边，用它那弱小的身体不断地拱着我，好像想要把我扶起来，我的妈妈看见了之后，心疼不已，把小白兔抱到一旁，安抚了一下之后，便拿着扫把，朝那两只恶犬冲去，恶犬吓得四散而逃。

在我醒来之后，大白依旧守护在我的身边，经历了这件事情之后，我懂得了一个道理，你帮助、救治过一个动物之后，他也会忠诚的陪伴你，在你最危险的时候挺身而出。
