齐桓公的选择

丘吉尔有一句很经典的话：没有永恒的朋友，也没有永恒的敌人，只有永恒的利益。这句话用在齐桓公、管仲、鲍叔的身上，再恰当不过。

管仲、鲍叔本为好友，后来各为其主，为辅佐齐国的公子纠和公子小白争夺君位成了敌人，后来局势确定，鲍叔推荐小白，也就是齐桓公重用管仲，两人又成为好友。

他们两人关系的转变，几乎是无缝对接的。因为当时天下处于“大争之世，凡有血气，皆有争心”。管仲类似于职业经理人，不是非一个老板不可。比如后来的苏秦佩六国相印。所以他们关系中，最关键也最难抉择的是齐桓公。

齐桓公和管仲本来就不熟，还差点把他杀了，按理说是很难从敌人转变为朋友的，但齐桓公还是选择重用管仲，最终“九合诸侯、一匡天下”。

事若反常必有因，齐桓公之所以如此，背后也有利益的考虑，但他考虑的是国家的利益。当时，齐桓公也动摇过，但鲍叔一句话说到了他心里：如果你只想管理齐国，不必用管仲，但是你要想让齐国强大到足以称霸天下，就必须用管仲。

现在很多人一提起追逐名利，不管心里怎么想，表面上还是很鄙夷的。但其实不然，所谓“计利当计天下利，求名应求万世名”。只要是出于公心，争国家之名，争民族之利又有何不可。

齐桓公重用管仲的意义，不仅仅是得到了管仲这一个人才，而更像是一个十分成功的招聘广告，因为连管仲都能受到重用，那些自认为很有才华，又和齐桓公没有过节的人才，自然纷至沓来。在那之后，他招揽启用了一批人才，其中最著名的是“桓管五杰”。

齐桓公的选择，对我们的人生也是很有启发的。我们可能没有机会去治理一个国家，但当我们与别人共事的时候，是否能做到公私分明，不因私人感情影响工作？

在这世上，喜欢一个人不难，讨厌一个人也不难，难的是在讨厌的人身上发现优点，并懂得欣赏。如果齐桓公是一个普通人，他完全可能报那一箭之仇，但他作为一个想有所作为的君王，就必须做到“好而知其恶,恶而知其美”。

贤明如齐桓公，做到了“恶而知其美”，却没有“好而知其恶”。管仲去世后，齐桓公任用了易牙、卫开方、竖刁这三个会阿谀奉承的人，其中易牙为了讨好齐桓公，把儿子杀了给他吃。

最终，齐国内乱，齐桓公被活活饿死在宫中。

也许，这就是人无完人吧。如果说，人真的有永恒的敌人，那就是自己。
